evaluates and treats all lung, pulmonary, and respiratory
conditions, including: |

wheezing snoring
bronchitis
allergies pneumonia
chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
emphysema lung cancer
interstitial lung disease pulmonary
fibrosis
cystic fibrosis
sarcoidosis
tuberculosis
pulmonary hypertension occupational exposures
history of smoking |

Tests may include bronchospasm
provocation, pulmonary function testing, pulmonary stress
testing, diffusing capacity, sleep studies, spirometry,
or muscle testing. X-rays and scans may be ordered, and if
needed patients will be referred to other specialists. |

Treatments may
include medication, home use of medical devices,
breathing exercises, and diet evaluation and modification.
